Terms of Service

Landscape Listing is a directory of outdoor service providers. Listings are submitted by providers and reviewed before publishing. A listing is not an endorsement, and we do not verify licensing, insurance, or work quality. Property owners contract with providers directly.

You may only list a business you own or are authorized to represent. You are responsible for keeping your name, address, phone, services, and service areas accurate. We may edit, decline, suspend, or remove any listing that is inaccurate, misleading, duplicative, or off-topic, with or without notice.

Basic and Premium plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in US dollars through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard under Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and your listing returns to the Free plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

If a payment fails, we retry for up to 14 days. If it still fails, the listing returns to Free and any Premium slot is released.

Premium is limited to two listings per city on each directory, allocated first come, first served while a subscription is active. A slot is tied to the city on the listing; changing the city requires review and a slot in the new city. Slots are released on cancellation or non-payment and may be claimed by another provider immediately.

Paid listings may display our badge on their own website. The badge image is served by us and reflects current listing status; do not modify it or claim a status you do not hold. Links from paid listings to your website are editorial placements that come with the profile and may be changed at our discretion.

You grant us a non-exclusive license to display the logo, photos, and text you submit on our sites and in our marketing of the directory. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload.

By creating a listing or submitting a form you agree we may contact you by email, text message, and phone about your listing, the directory, and related services. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time; transactional messages about your account will continue.

The directory is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any amount exceeding the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
