Tom's Mulch & Landscaping

Had triple processed black gold mulch delivered by Toms Mulch and it definitely was bot triple processed. Lots of sticks and chips of wood. Addressed the issue with Nicky at Toms Mulch and was told there was nothing they could do and to send pics of mulch. Did not receive a response. Very poor customer service and product. Paid more for the triple processed and was delivered expensive double processed mulch. Buyer beware.

Wish I would have checked reviews before purchasing firewood. It is not seasoned firewood, which to my knowledge is not stated anywhere. We bought some before the recent cold surge and then ended up having to have small bundles Doordashed to our house last minute from a hardware store.

Called to request 5 yards of garden soil for three new garden beds plus flower beds. The girl who took the order didn't seem to know what that was, and her coworker said, "That's topsoil." Delivery was fast and they dropped it exactly where I requested it - this was well done. Received what is essentially powdered clay with pebbles. No garden value whatsoever. I tried to make the best of it, but was just so frustrated that I did call to leave a complaint. A couple of days later, I received a call. The woman heard my description and assured me she would discuss remedies with the owner, which she did. A couple of days later, another woman called and requested photos of my delivery in an email. I have not yet done so - that is on me and is due in large part to my frustration with the clay mountain on my driveway. Photos are of the product they delivered plus two garden beds with our own compost. The difference in quality is painfully evident. What they delivered as topsoil probably won't even grow grass. Be careful when ordering garden soil to insist on leaf mulch or compost. Evidently their junior salespeople don't know what garden soil is.

Highly recommend this company. Did an excellent landscaping job for me today. Installed a border with white rock around existing swimming pool and hot tub as well as border, rock, mulch and flowers for flower bed. Took their time and the work was very detailed and precise. Very impressed with the final completion. Crew was very nice to work with and did a professional job. Will definitely use them again for future projects.

I purchased product from Toms mulch and there was an honest mistake made in fulfilling my order. The staff and management were very amiable and made every effort to correct the mistake. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.
